Fast friendly service. I have been going to the Bay City location for 2 years. They are always very nice and knowledgeable.

Ms Janie takes the time to listen to what you’re saying. My husband has been wearing hearing aids from another company for about 5+ years. The other company did a quick test and said “Yes you are have hearing loss and we can fix that.” And they helped. But New Sound has spent so much more time with him and fine tuned his hearing. We are pleased! She has even tested me and tried to help with my tinnitus. But my hearing isn’t bad so I don’t think I’m ready yet. Thank you Janie, Lynette and New Sound Bay City!!

My experience today at New Sound Hearing was excellent. Started on time and each step was explained before we started. Exams weren’t that long and each test was discussed. They were patient with me on training and using my phone.

Janie is personable and professional! She does an excellent job in all aspects of the hearing aid process. I am very pleased with New Sound in Bay City and tell everyone how great they are.

I had an appointment at 2:30 but showed up at 1:15. I was having problems with my hearing aids and needed an adjustment. I got in by 1:30. I got my adjustment from an online visit that took only 10 minutes and was on my way. I appreciate how fast I was seen and had my aids fixed. I highly recommend Nu Sound in Bay City.

After my audiologist retired in my hometown I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find a closer one & would have to go all the way out to Houston but I was lucky to find NewSound in Bay City! Much more convenient for me & staff is absolutely wonderful! They are very understanding and very flexible. They work around your schedule & are happy to help in any way they can. 10/10 recommend!!! ❤️

Great service

Nice experience. Very explanatory and an educational exam. You are explained the process, how hearing loss could affect you, given the exam, and explained your results. Very friendly staff as well.
