The other company did a quick test and said \u201cYes you are have hearing loss and we can fix that.\u201d And they helped. But New Sound has spent so much more time with him and fine tuned his hearing. We are pleased! She has even tested me and tried to help with my tinnitus. But my hearing isn\u2019t bad so I don\u2019t think I\u2019m ready yet. Thank you Janie, Lynette and New Sound Bay City!!",

The staff was very professional, friendly, and taught me things I didn\u2019t know about ears\/hearing aids. (I\u2019ve had these aids for over three years). We had a great conversation and both of my hearing aids were serviced, sounds are crisp and clear again! I left thinking how wonderful my visit was and how caring the staff was to a \u201cstranger from out of town\u201d. I highly recommend!",

"comment": "I have been going to New Sound since 2016 now. I have never been disappointed with the service that I have received, both at the time of purchasing hearing aides and after. They now have a new audiologist named Holly Morias who is outstanding as well. Having had previous experiences getting hearing aides from doctor's offices, I have found that the service I receive at New Sound is far superior, as far as purchasing aides and after care. My experience has been that Dr's offices tend to be too busy. The quality of my hearing aides have been excellent at New Sound. If I could give New Sound 10 stars, I would.",

"comment": "I don't mind saying that the people here and New Sound are very good at what they do. They've got the latest hi-tech equipment I've ever seen. I've been under their care for a number of years and have always received excellent service. A few years ago I went through the Veterans Administration and received new appliances. Recently I needed to have one of them repaired. Within a couple of weeks I got them back, had a new software upgrade installed, went through initial testing by the VA audiologist ( who was also most excellent) and adjustment. I can't say enough about New Sound's technician (Janie) and (Lanette) who manages the office and scheduling. Thank you again for the wonderful care that you ladies give.",
