Antoinette is an HIS Apprentice originally from New Jersey who relocated to Texas in the summer of 2021. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Houston in May 2025. Antoinette is deeply passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and helping patients reconnect with the moments that matter most. With a strong dedication to patient care, she is committed to ensuring each individual receives the compassion and support they deserve. Outside of saving hearing lives, Antoinette enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing puzzles, traveling, and creating new memories.
Marla Bordelon
Patient Care Coordinator
Marla Bordelon is a Patient Care Coordinator. Marla is originally from Spring Lake, North Carolina and moved to Bay City , Texas in 1988. Marla attended Bay City High School and started working at Bay City NewSound Hearing Centers in 2024. Marla began working in the hearing industry in 2024 and was drawn to the profession because of her desire to be a part of a service that provides impactful and meaningful patient care with compassion and integrity.
What Marla loves most about saving hearing lives is the personal sense of fulfillment in sharing in the joy and reconnection of the patient when hearing, once lost, is restored.
Marla strives to reflect the core values and give the best patient care experience in her everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Marla loves hobbies such as Interior design and décor.
