The other company did a quick test and said “Yes you are have hearing loss and we can fix that.” And they helped. But New Sound has spent so much more time with him and fine tuned his hearing. We are pleased! She has even tested me and tried to help with my tinnitus. But my hearing isn’t bad so I don’t think I’m ready yet. Thank you Janie, Lynette and New Sound Bay City!!

I got my adjustment from an online visit that took only 10 minutes and was on my way. I appreciate how fast I was seen and had my aids fixed. I highly recommend Nu Sound in Bay City.
